I've never written anything like this before but I feel compelled to inform the public of the incredibly bad experience I had just yesterday. Heritage 1hr Cleaner's ruined 3 out of the 5 dress shirts I gave them to clean. Instead of getting an apology i was made to feel that because I had them washed and pressed instead of dry-cleaned it was my fault. Further the employee suggested that I had brought them in that way to be cleaned! After some arguing I was told I didn't have to pay the $17 of cleaning expenses but I'm out $250 worth of shirts. Stay away from this place. They ruin your clothes, belittle you as a customer and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Awful place, take your business elsewhere.
